It's not a bug, you can edit the vocalizer command on C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\left4bots2\cfg then open vocalizer.text and put "bots cancel" on any vocalizer commands there, I suggest putting it like this: PlayerHurryUp = bots cancel. so if you're in game use the "Hurry Using bot commands or changing characters will block Steam achievements for the rest of the campaign. The bot commands won't work on unofficial maps unless map is started through developer console. Just put extract the .zip archive and move the left4dead2 folder into the Left 4 Dead 2 installation directory (where left4dead2.exe is) .
